In 2025, the “China Industrial Textiles Industry R&D Center for Specialized Dryer Fabrics for Papermaking” declared by Anhui Pacific Special Fabric Co., Ltd. (referred to as Pacific Special Fabric) underwent an on-site evaluation organized by the China Nonwovens & Industrial Textiles Association (CNITA) on April 17.

Prior to the evaluation meeting, some experts visited Pacific Special Fabric’s standardized production workshop, where they witnessed the modern production line for papermaking dryer fabrics. Equipped with digital and intelligent systems, the line features a professional real-time inspection and control system that continuously monitors and displays production indicators such as tension and curling, ensuring that each production step meets the relevant standard requirements.

During the evaluation session, Pacific Special Fabric provided a detailed report on the construction of the R&D center for specialized dryer fabrics. The review panel conducted thorough inquiries, shared insights on the company’s technological research and achievement transformation in the field of papermaking dryer fabrics, and offered practical guidance and suggestions regarding the center’s positioning, industry-academia-research collaboration, R&D project directions, talent development, and material recycling. Ultimately, the “China Industrial Textiles Industry R&D Center for Specialized Dryer Fabrics for Papermaking” successfully passed the expert evaluation.

As the first R&D center in the field of papermaking textiles to receive this recognition, the Tahe County Government, CNITA, and the China National Textile and Apparel Council have placed high expectations on the construction and development of the center. The company will also ride the momentum, driving forward with innovation to inject powerful momentum into its growth.
