In 2017, the president of Jürgens GmbH from Germany revisited the three Jürgens weaving machines in operation and gave high praise for their performance. Among them, the No. 5 forming fabric loom achieved an operational rate of over 90%, with a shift-based operational rate reaching 98%.
After several rounds of friendly negotiations, Anhui Pacific Special Netting Co., Ltd. once again purchased two additional Jürgens weaving machines, followed by the signing of a contract for a new JÄGER BK880 rapier loom. In 2018, the company also signed a contract with Texo to purchase a TMR6000 rapier loom.
According to the work plan, by mid-September 2018, Anhui Pacific Special Netting will complete the installation and commissioning of the four new looms, aiming to put them into operation progressively in October.
It is reported that the new looms will primarily be used for the production of forming fabrics and special mesh products at Anhui Pacific Special Netting. Once operational, the annual production capacity of woven paper machine fabrics is expected to reach 1 million square meters. This will further enhance the quality of the company’s forming fabrics and provide equipment assurance for the production of fabrics suitable for paper machines with operating speeds of up to 1,500 m/min.
